Abstract
In order to achieve intelligent network, form broadband products differentiation, and improve user experience, domestic and foreign operators are committed to accelerate research and deployment of application speed-up based on smart-pipe. This paper analyzed the status of broadband intelligent speed-up and network groups, and focused its research on static and dynamic principle and implementation of the application speed-up, while giving testing examples.关键词
