Research on Factors Inlfuencing the Choice of Mobile Payment Method Based on Consumers’ Preference

Abstract
To solve the problem of consumer’s mobile payment choice dififculty, and to give suggestions to mobile payment service providers on products design and service introduction, this paper presented and analyzed factors inlfuencing consumer’s choice using structural-equation-modeling. The results show that perceived usefulness, ease, customers’ preference, and perceived discount have favorable inlfuence on payment choice; and perceived risk has negative influence. Mobile payment service providers should provide easy mobile payment methods, recognize market segments, and provide a variety of mobile payment options for consumers.关键词
