Design and Implementation of a Telephone Follow-Up System for Patients in the Hospital
摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop the telephone follow-up system that can provide a simple, accurate and efifcient follow-up for work staff. Methods The Visual Basic 6.0 language was adopted to develop a telephone follow-up system. The development workflow included system requirement analysis, functional requirement analysis and the database structure and system security settings.Results The system realized various functions, such as one-click dial-up, automatic capture of patients’ information as well as statistical reports.Conclusion The system could meet the follow-up needs of Department of Social Service in the hospital and solve the problem of the traditional follow-up model, such as paper print, telephone dialing and manual record mode.关键词
