摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo develop a nursing staff management system to manage their archives.Methods Based on the three-tier C/S (Client/Sever) architecture, the system was developed by using VB.net and SQL server. The information in the database was connected with the identity number of nursing staff.ResultsThe nursing staff management system was applied in Department of Nursing and other departments and its stable performance, safety and reliability were well recognized by nursing staff. Conclusion The system made it convenient for the hospital to standardize the nursing staff information management and also provided reference for evaluation of the nursing work.关键词
