摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo estimate the hospitalization cost based on the clinical pathway for single-disease in a fast and accurate manner.MethodsBased on the Oracle database of HIS (Hospital Information System), Powerbuilder programming language was used to design a clinical-pathway-based single-disease cost estimation system. The system was mainly composed of clinical pathway form record module, medical advice, pricing project automatic control module and cost budget summary module. ResultsWith the application of the single-disease cost estimation system based on the clinical pathway, the estimated cost in treatment of children with mild burns was a little higher than that of the actual median cost.ConclusionApplication of the system reduced the difficulty in hospitalization cost estimation and also provided the basis for control of the reasonable hospitalization cost.关键词
