Abstract
Objective To analyze the allocation and utilization of large medical equipment and to provide a scientiifc foundation for large medical equipment planning in Nanning.Methods General survey and ifeld survey were used to make an investigation of large medical equipment in Nanning in 2014.Results Altogether 102 valid questionnaires were recovered. The data showed that Nanning nearly had all kinds of medical equipment, but many problems also existed, such as relatively inadequate total volume, uneven regional distribution, overloaded operation in some equipment, equipment underutilization in primary medical facilities, illegal allocation and reliance of imported equipment.Conclusion The allocation volume of medical equipment still needed to be increased, especially in the county-level hospitals of Nanning. Patients should be guided to accept medical treatments in the near hospitals. Departments concerned ought to strengthen the management and supervision of the large medical equipment. Government was supposed to help the domestic manufacturers of large medical equipment in China.关键词
