摘要
Abstract
Based on the three-level storeroom management process in the hospital, this paper described the introduction of a completely new management mode for administration of reagent and consumable libraries. The mode realized information management of the whole process and provided a clear picture of each step involved in the examination with distinguished responsibilities. As a result, it ensured the reagents and consumables were managed in a more efifcient, scientiifc and improved way. Additionally, it improved the operation efifciency of the business and reached the requirements of ifne management in the meanwhile.关键词
