摘要
Abstract
This paper introduced the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) cycle management and its application on maintenance and troubleshooting of the cooling system of NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) devices. After a series of improvement measures, the cooling system availability rate was improved and the working hours of NMR devices were guaranteed. Consequently, better work efifciency and economic beneifts were achieved and comprehensive management of the hospital was enhanced.关键词
