Abstract
A hank yarn mercerizing process parameters optimization method was put forward based on or⁃thogonal experiment combined with TOPSIS. On the basis of orthogonal experiment data, the experimental da⁃ta was dealt with TOPSIS to obtain the best process parameter combination. The single objective optimization was firstly carried out, and then the final multi-objective comprehensive optimization was operated. This meth⁃od overcomes the problem of coarse data process and low resolution of orthogonal experiment, which could improve the precision of the optimization results. The weight computing with traditional scaling method was improved by proportional scaling method. The test verified the effectiveness of the optimization results.关键词
