Abstract
Due to its own structural factors of polyester fiber as wel as its combination with disperse dyes in dyeing process, the phenomenon of uneven dyeing often occurs. Cardanol biomass materials was used as the basic raw material for high-temperature leveling agent. The optimal amount of leveling agent D and its influence on dye uptake in dyeing process were discussed. The practical dyeing performance of level⁃ing agent D was compared with the common leveling agent A-840. The results showed that leveling agent D had good levelness, migration and high temperature dispersity, and had no significant effect on color fastness. It was a high-temperature leveling agent with excel ent performance.关键词
