Abstract
Decontamination, emulsification and foaming properties of new synthetic fiber scouring agent M-1109ET and its application results in super soft fabric in production were analyzed. The results showed that scouring agent M-1109ET had good decontamination effect. Alkaline, high temperature was beneficial to the removal of oil, at 100 ℃, the oil removal rate was above 90%. Scouring agent M-1109ET had low foam, and it didn′t produce the phenomenon of blocking cylinder, which was suitable for use in the cylinder. Application in the industrial production showed that pretreatment of fabrics had good quality assurance, which had a very low proportion of defective goods.关键词
