摘要
Abstract
With the growing popularity of acupuncture in western society in recent decades,many acupuncture researches and clinical studies have been conducted.These studies have significantly enhanced our understanding of acupuncture;neverthe-less,very few findings obtained from acupuncture research have been transferred to acupuncture clinical practice,which has sig-nificantly hampered the development of acupuncture treatment.In addition,some crucial information,such as correct dosage of acupuncture,remains unknown,which further limits the interpretation of clinical trials testing the efficacy of acupuncture treatment. Future acupuncture research should try to fill these gaps and explore new ways to increase the clinical effectiveness of acupuncture treatment.关键词
