摘要
Abstract
Although the quality level of the basic public service in rural areas of Zhejiang Province has been increasing, there are still some problems such as uneven regional development, non-standardized provision of services, low utilization rate of public facilities, a lack of human resources, and difficulty in performance evaluation without uniform standards. Standardization is an effective means to support the equalization of basic public services in rural areas. On the basis of investigation and study, this paper analyzes the status and problems of the standardization of rural basic public service in Zhejiang Province, proposes 5 relations to be dealt with for the standardization work in these areas, and gives some suggestions including strengthening coordination, top-level design of the standard system, pilot projects, awareness training, and so on in order to use standardization as a means to promote the equalization of the basic public service in rural areas of Zhejiang Province.关键词
