摘要
Abstract
Due to the lack of related standards and specifications, the non-unified electronic contract information description has brought obstacles for the information sharing, government regulation and data using in application. Based on the object-oriented method, this article puts forward the electronic contract information model, and unifies electronic contract from the level of data, so as to support the business process and management system development of electronic contract.关键词
