Abstract
This paper grasps the situation of standardization in service guarantee about rural property rights transfer and exchange by retrieving document, collecting standards and investigating the exchanges in rural areas, discovers some problems focusing on imperfect standard system based on the analysis of the present situation about service guarantee standardization, and puts forward the contents to be regulated for standardization objects.关键词
