我国彩票标准化建设研究
Research on the Construction of China’s Lottery Standardization
摘要
Abstract
There are many problems in China’s lottery industry, e.g. lack of lottery industrial standards and specifications for welfare lottery and sports lottery, the lottery industry standardization research institute is not sound, lack of professional talents, etc. Aiming to address the existing problems, the paper puts forward to build the lottery industry standards system, set up a special lottery standardization institution with full-time technical staff, strengthen the communication and cooperation between the lottery industry and related departments. At the same time, it proposes to draw lessons from the advanced experience of the World Lottery Association (WLA), especially the lottery safety control standard.关键词
