Abstract
To address the problems in the development of local standards on the forecasting and report of crop pests and diseases, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the adjusting of technical elements structure in local standard, development of forecasting technology and investigation and forecast standard, and how to standardize local standards on crop pests and diseases forecast.关键词
