安徽省2015年规模场秋季重大动物疫病免疫抗体监测与评价

Abstract
To evaluate the immune effects of the compulsory vaccines which were provided by the government for free to protect livestock and poultry in Anhui province in autumn of 2015,427 scaled farms which were immunized these vaccines and distributed in 16 cities and 2 counties were selected and totally 9 918 serum samples were collected from these farms. Then the serum antibodies were tested. The results showed that the antibodies qualification rates of CSF live vaccine(cell source),O-FMD synthetic peptide vaccine,A-FMD inactivated vaccine,PPR attenuated vaccine, HPPRRS live vaccine and AI(H5 subtype)inactivated vaccine were 88.0%,86.8%,94.3%,89.6%,87.8%, 82.0%, respectively. Three of the inactivated vaccines had poor effects,including O-FMD inactivated vaccine for pigs, O-Asia I- FMD inactivated vaccine for cattle and sheep and HPPRRS inactivated vaccine,their qualification rates were 41.0%,41.3%,53.5%, respectively. Suggestions that strengthening the immune effect monitoring of the O-FMD and Asia I-FMD inactivated vaccine and HPPRRS inactivated vaccines were put forward.关键词
