欧盟食品和饲料快速预警系统中涉及蜂产品的通报数据分析
Analysis on Notiifcation Data of Bee Products in EU Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed

Abstract
In order to understand the risk factors of bee product safety and the focus of European Union(EU), reported information involving bee products in the EU Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed (RASFF) from 1999 to 2015 was analyzed and studied. The analysis focused on the aspects of reporting countries,reported countries,report types and report causes. It's showed that the reporting countries and reported countries were mainly European countries, and the information reports had the highest ratio. The main report cause was the residue of veterinary drugs. Meanwhile, the same situation that the main risk of bee products exported from China was also the residue of veterinary drugs. This analysis indicated that the manufacturing companies of bee products should strictly control the veterinary drug residues, and it also reminded the supervision departments to pay attention to the outstanding problems during export of bee products and strengthen risk monitoring.关键词
