摘要

Abstract

The ideal and non-ideal j ig and fixture designs affected the quality and accuracy of workpiece.The selection method of location datum was analyzed,and the evaluation indexes of loca-tion datum were deeply studied to construct the corresponding factor expressions.The level model for locator scheme was established.Then,the evaluation model of clamping scheme was proposed,inclu-ding three indexes,such as the constraint degrees of freedom,the processing stiffnesses,and the process costs.The sorting of location scheme was computed by grey TOPSIS,and the results were used to compute clamping scheme.Finally,the optimal jig and fixture design scheme was obtained by the proposed method.
