Abstract
Based on the same extraction reaction theories of the two national standard methods, namely“GB/T 5889-1986”and “GB/T 6434-2006”,the new improved methods with filter bags to test the main components including water-soluble-substances,pectin,hemicellulose and crude fiber in kenaf and jute bast fiber were studied.The testing results of the new methods were compared to estimate the reliability and difference with national standard methods by t-inspection analysis.There was no sig-nificant difference between the filter-bag methods and national standard methods.Therefore,the rapid and reliable testing methods applied with filter bags are established to test the main components in kenaf and jute bast fiber.关键词
