Error influencing factors of drug microbial limit test
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the error influencing factors of drug microbial limit test,to put forward scientific suggestions for the improvement work in the future.Methods:Through retrospective selection way,from one drug inspection institute,the drugs were inspected by using microbial limit test method.The error influencing factors were analyzed.Results:The inspection errors were more influenced by the operating environment,test equipment and tools,test solution preparation factors,and other influencing factors were less.Conclusion:In the process of drug microbial limit test,the errors are influenced by the test solution preparation and environment factor accounted for a larger proportion.It needs to reduce the operating errors and improve the level of inspection equipment.关键词
