Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical treatment of ventricular arrhythmias in patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure.Methods:128 patients with chronic heart failure and coronary heart disease were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The incidence of ventricular arrhythmias in patients with the left ventricular diameter greater than 60 mm was significantly higher than patients with left ventricular diameter less than 60 mm(P<0.05).BNP and LVEF in patients with ventricular arrhythmias had worse differences with the patients without ventricular arrhythmias(P<0.05).The beta blocker dose in patients with ventricular arrhythmias treated with amiodarone was greatly different from the patients who did not use amiodarone for ventricular arrhythmias(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of ventricular arrhythmias in patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure was high.There was a certain relationship between anti arrhythmia drugs and drugs for heart failure.关键词
