摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the treatment effect of subcutaneous insulin injection and insulin pump in the treatment of aged patients with a newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus(2-DM).Methods:100 aged patients with(2-DM)were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups on average,the control group was treated with subcutaneous insulin injection,the observation group was treated with insulin pump,we statistically analyzed the glycemic index compliance rate,length of stay,single day insulin dose in the two groups.Results:The GLU standard rate and PPG standard rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the hospitalization time was shorter than the control group,the single day insulin dose was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of insulin pump for drug delivery not only can greatly reduce the amount of insulin in a single day,shorten the hospital stay,but also can greatly enhance the effect of blood glucose control.关键词
