Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of elderly asthma patients, and to analyze the effect on the serum interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-5(IL-5) and γ-interferon(IFN-γ).Methods:80 cases of elderly asthma patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given routine treatment.The observation group was given budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment. The clinical curative effects of two groups were observed,IL-2,IL-5,IFN-γ level were determined before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of IL-2,IL-5 and IFN-γ in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of elderly asthma patients has a significant effect.It can effectively improve the IL-2,IL-5,IFN-γ level of patients,regulate Th1 and Th2 balance.关键词
