Effect of magnesium sulfate injection combined with montelukast in the treatment of bronchial asthma

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of magnesium sulfate injection combined with montelukast in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods:144 patients with bronchial asthma were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was given routine treatment such as β 2 receptor agonist,glucocorticoid and oxygen inhalation.The study group was given montelukast and magnesium sulfate injection treatment.The effects of two groups were observed.Results:The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FEV, FEV1 and FEV1/FEV,daytime and nighttime maximum expiratory flow rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α in the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the study group,3 cases(4.17% ) had nausea;2 cases(2.78% ) had dizzy;the symptoms were improved after dropping dripping speed.The control group did not have adverse reactions.Conclusion:Magnesium sulfate injection combined with montelukast in the treatment of bronchial asthma can significantly improve the pulmonary function and inflammatory response of patients.The curative effect and safety are better.关键词
