Efficacy of DC-CIK combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of DC-CIK combined with chemotherapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:120 patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer were selected.They were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with chemotherapy alone.The observation group was treated with DC-CIK combined with chemotherapy.The treatment effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:DC-CIK combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer can significantly improve the patient's treatment effect,enhance the ability to resist cancer,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
