摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of midazolam on sedation in patients with mechanical ventilation in intensive care unit.Methods:Patients with mechanical ventilation in intensive care unit were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with propofol.The experimental group was treated with midazolam.Results:The HR,SpO2,Pip,FiO2,PaO2 of the patients 1h after the treatment between groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the sedative effect of Ramsay(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both midazolam and propofol in patients with mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit can achieve the sedative effect.关键词
