Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of probiotics in the treatment of infantile antibiotic associated diarrhea.Methods:80 children with antibiotic associated diarrhea were selected.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group was given montmorillonite powder treatment.The experimental group was given probiotics on the basis of the control group.The treatment results of two groups were compared.Results:37 cases(92.5% ) were disease remission in the experimental group;30 cases(75%) were disease remission in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The diarrhea subsided time,stool frequency and character recovery time of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Probiotics in the treatment of infantile antibiotic associated diarrhea has a prominent role can accelerate the diarrhea subsided speed,enhance the treatment effect.关键词
