米非司酮与催产素在晚期妊娠引产中的应用
Application of mifepristone and oxytocin in induced labour of third trimester
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of mifepristone and oxytocin in induced labour of third trimester. Methods:94 cases of pregnant women with induced labour of third trimester were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given oxytocin,the observation group was given mifepristone on the basis of the control group,the success rate of induced labour,labor process,promoting cervical ripening effect,adverse drug reaction in the two groups were compared.Results:The labor process of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05).The amount of oxytocin in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference of success rate of induced labour between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Mifepristone applied in induced labour of third trimester could shorten the labor process.关键词
