Treatment and prevention of patients with refractory peritoneal dialysis related peritonitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the treatment and prevention of the patients with refractory peritoneal dialysis related peritonitis.Methods:44 patients with peritoneal dialysis related peritonitis were selected.The causes of disease,treatment and preventive measures were analyzed.Results:34 cases were positive for bacterial culture, and 32 cases were cured after treatment. Conclusion:Multiple infection and fungal infection is a major cause of refractory peritonitis in peritoneal dialysis withdrawal.Using automated peritoneal and sterile operation is an effective measure for the prevention of refractory peritoneal dialysis related peritonitis.关键词
