摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the long term curative effect of laparoscope and open surgery in the treatment of colon cancer. Methods:120 patients with colon cancer were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 60 cases in each.The experimental group was given laparoscopic surgery.The control group was given open surgery.The average survival rates of first year,third years and fifth years,the number of deaths caused by tumor related factors within 5 years,the average disease-free survival within 5 years and postoperative cancer metastasis were compared between two groups.Results:The average survival rate within 5 years of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the disease-free survival time was higher than that of the control group,the postoperative cancer metastasis rate was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of colon cancer can effectively reduce the recurrence metastasis rate of cancer,and prolong the survival time of patients.关键词
