Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect and complication rate of nasal cavity lacrimal sac anastomosis under nasal endoscope in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.Methods:90 patients with chronic dacryocystitis were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given traditional lacrimal sac and nasal cavi-ty anastomosis treatment.The observation group was given nasal cavity lacrimal sac anastomosis under nasal endoscope treatment. The clinical treatment effect,complication rate and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical treatment effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treat-ment satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nasal cavity lacri-mal sac anastomosis under nasal endoscope in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis can improve the clinical treatment effect,re-duce the postoperative complications,and improve the treatment satisfaction.关键词
