摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of self-made single port device in transumbilical single port lapa-roscopic appendectomy.Methods:42 patients with acute or chronic appendicitis were selected.They were treated with self-made single port device in transumbilical single port laparoscopic appendectomy.We observed the treatment effect.Results:41 cases were operated successfully,and 1 case had incision infection.Conclusion:Transumbilical single port laparoscopic appendectomy used the human body natural scar to carry on the operation,trauma is smaller and more beautiful,and self-made single port device is simple and easy.It will not increase the cost.关键词
