铂类药物治疗妇科恶性肿瘤患者的疗效研究
Study on the efficacy of platinum drugs in the treatment of gynecologic malignant tumor

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of platinum drugs in the treatment of gynecologic malignant tumors.Methods:120 patients with gynecologic malignant tumor were selected.They were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with paclitaxel combined with cyclophosphamide,and the observation group was treated with paclitaxel combined with platinum drugs.Two groups of patients were followed-up for 5 years.We compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect Results:The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 66.67%,and 5 year survival rate was 58.33%,which was much higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of platinum drugs in the treatment of gynecologic malignant tumors is very significant.关键词
