Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment of patients with renal calculi by percutaneous lithotripsy(FUL) and percutaneous renal stone removal(PNL).Methods:75 patients with renal calculus were selected.They were divided into two groups.FUL group with 37 cases were treated by ureter soft mirror.PNL group with 38 cases were treated by percutaneous renal stone surgery.The two groups of stone rate,hospital stay,complications,and so on were compared.Results:The stone rate of the PNL group(94.74%)was higher than that of group FUL(83.78%).The hospital stay,complications of the FUL group were less than PNL group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy stone clearance rate is inferior to percutaneous nephrolithotomy,but with fewer complications,shorter hospitalization time,and high safety.关键词
