继发性肾病综合征病因与治疗分析
Analysis of the etiology and treatment of secondary nephrotic syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the main causes and treatment effect of secondary nephrotic syndrome.Methods:50 patients with secondary nephrotic syndrome were selected,then their clinical etiology were statistically analyzed;patients were given 3 kinds of treatment including general treatment,symptomatic treatment and comprehensive treatment,then follow-up after 3 months, and the changes of symptoms before and after the treatment were compared.Results:Secondary nephrotic syndrome was mainly caused by factors of autoimmune diseases,diabetes and secondary infection,diseases of the circulatory system,drug poisoning and other factors.The clinical symptoms showed proteinuria,hypoproteinemia,highly edema,and hyperlipoidemia.After the treatment, 16 cases were recovered;24 cases were markedly effective;8 cases were effective;2 cases were ineffective;the efficiency rate was 96% .The symptom changes before and after the treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The etiology of secondary nephrotic syndrome is complex and diverse.Patients often has variety of symptoms.Timely diagnosis and analysis can improve targeted of the treatment.关键词
