奥氮平联合氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症患者79例疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of olanzapine combined with clozapine in the treatment of patients with refractory schizophrenia.Methods:158 patients with refractory schizophrenia were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with olanzapine.The observation group was treated with olanzapine combined with clozapine.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,in the observation group,the scale score and the total effective rate were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of olanzapine combined with clozapine in the treatment of patients with refractory schizophrenia was significant.关键词
