Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of 131I in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.Methods:360 patients with hyperthyroidism were selected.They were randomly divided into the traditional group and the 131I group.The traditional group was given anti thyroid drug treatment.The 131I groups was given 131I treatment.The total efficiency,cure rate,adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared,and the differences of the levels of triiodothyronine and tetraiodothyronine were compared before and after treatment.Results:The total efficiency and the cure rate of the 131I group were higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate of the 131I group were lower than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the triiodothyronine and tetraiodothyronine level improvements of the 131I group were better than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The 131I in the treatment of hyperthyroidism has an accurate effect,can effectively improve the triiodothyronine and tetraiodothyronine levels,and the adverse reaction is low,the safety is high,it can reduce the recurrence rate.关键词
