血必净注射液辅助治疗重症肺炎的疗效观察OA
Curative effect observation of Xuebijing injection in the adjunctive treatment of severe pneumonia
目的：研究血必净注射液在重症肺炎治疗中的临床效果。方法：收治重症肺炎患者78例，随机分为对照组和观察组各39例。对照组给予常规的西医治疗，观察组在此基础上加用血必净注射液，观察两组的疗效和抗生素治疗时间、机械通气治疗时间、ICU 住院时间等。结果：观察组的总有效率89.74%，明显高于对照组的69.23%(P＜0.05)。观察组的抗生素治疗和机械通气治疗的时间均小于对照组，且观察组ICU住院时间更短(P＜0.05)。结论：血必净注射液辅助治疗重症…查看全部>>
