康艾注射液配合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察
Clinical observation of Kang Ai injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Kang Ai injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:82 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were selected,and they were as the research objects.According to the random control principle,they were divided into two groups.The control group and the observation group with 41 cases in each.The control group was given the conventional chemotherapy treatment.The observation group was given Kang Ai injection on this basis.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 46.3%,the control group was 39%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The benefit rate of the observation group was 73.2%,which was significantly higher than 56.1% of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 41.5%,which was significantly lower than 60.9% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For advanced non-small cell lung cancer,using Kang Ai injection combined with chemotherapy treatment plan has a good effect.It can basically stable condition and reduce adverse reactions.关键词
