经阴道彩色多普勒超声在宫内占位病变中的诊断价值分析
Value analysis of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of intrauterine occupying lesions
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of intrauterine lesions.Methods: 117 patients with intrauterine occupying lesions were selected.All patients were treated by transvaginal color doppler ultrasound and hysteroscopy,and we analyzed the diagnostic conditions of intrauterine occupying lesions through the two methods statistically.Results:We used the hysteroscopy as the gold standard.The diagnostic accordance rate of the transvaginal color doppler ultrasound was 88.03%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).≥50 years old,irregular vaginal bleeding or menstrual quantity increased,prolonged menstruation.RI<0.50 are influence intrauterine atypical hyperplasia of uterus and the evil disease factors(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of intrauterine lesions has a certain practical value.关键词
