Clinical application of serum tumor markers in the auxiliary diagnosis of lung cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application value of serum tumor markers in the auxiliary diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods:The serum SCC,NSE,CEA,CYFRA21-1,pro-GRP five tumor markers of 67 patients in the lung cancer group,42 patients in the benign lung disease group and 56 cases in the normal control group were given chemical detection by using chemical luminescence method,and they were given statistical analysis.Results:NSE,CEA,CYFRA21-1 and pro-GRP in the lung cancer group were significantly higher than those of the normal control group and the benign lung disease group(P<0.05).The levels of NSE and pro-GRP in the small cell lung cancer were significantly higher than those of other types of lung cancer(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the clinical application of serum tumor markers in the auxiliary diagnosis of lung cancer,the auxiliary diagnosis of lung cancer shows a high specificity,especially the clinical application value of CYFRA21-1 in the auxiliary diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma is high.关键词
