纤维支气管镜在儿童肺不张病因中的诊断价值
Diagnostic value of fiberbronchoscope in the etiology of children with atelectasis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of fiberbronchoscope in the etiology of children with atelectasis.Methods:80 cases of children with atelectasis were selected.They were given fiberbronchoscope examination.We observed the results of examination.Results:In the 80 cases of children with atelectasis,1 case had bronchial rupture;1 case had bronchial dilation;1 case had bronchial bifurcation abnormalities;1 case had softening of bronchial stenosis;2 cases had asthma mucus obstruction;8 cases were tuberculosis;30 cases were inflammation;36 cases had foreign body.Conclusion:Fiberbronchoscope was not only helpful to identify the causes of the disease,but also had obvious therapeutic effect.关键词
