Emergency nursing experience of 48 cases of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the emergency nursing experience of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods:48 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were selected.They were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the intervention group,the cure rate,treatment time and incidence of complications were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,prompt first aid and nursing can reduce the mortality rate and the incidence of complications.关键词
