细节护理在心内科病房管理中的实践应用
Practice and application of detail nursing in the management of cardiology ward department
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the practice and application of detail nursing in the management of cardiology ward department. Methods:We used the detail nursing in the management of cardiology ward department,and we analyzed and compared the quality of nursing management before and after the nursing management.Results:After the implementation of the detailed nursing,the quality of nursing management,the quality of basic nursing and the quality of nursing management were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of detail nursing in the management of cardiology ward department,not only reduces the nursing defects and disputes,but also the patient satisfaction increased significantly.The sense of responsibility and sense of honor increasing,the nurses' consciousness of clinical thinking has been improved,which has positive significance to improve the efficiency of nursing work.关键词
