针对性护理干预在子宫肌瘤围手术期的效果评估
Effect evaluation of targeted nursing intervention on the perioperative period of uterine fibroid
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of targeted nursing intervention on the perioperative period of uterine fibroid. Methods:50 female patients with uterine fibroids resection were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group with 25 cases in each.The control group was given perioperative routine nursing.The intervention group was given targeted nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of two groups were observed.Results:The hospitalization time,off bed time,bowel sounds recovery time of the intervention group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the postoperative Ⅱ grade and Ⅲ grade pain of the intervention group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing intervention on the perioperative period of uterine fibroid can significantly reduce postoperative pain,promote the recovery of patients.关键词
