针对性监管消毒供应室护理工作安全隐患的效果分析
Effect analysis of safety hidden danger of nursing work in the disinfection supply room of targeted supervision
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the hidden problem of nursing work in the disinfection supply room under targeted supervision, to put forward the improvement plan.Methods:The unsafe factors of environment,personnel,management and equipment of disinfection supply room were analyzed,the targeted preventive measures were used.The awareness rate of safety protection knowledge and the standards of each index were analyzed.Results:After the implementation of targeted supervision,the qualified rates of disinfection supply room cleaning quality,goods packing and loading,environment detection,aseptic goods storage and personal protective measures were higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05).The staff safety protection knowledge awareness rate was significantly higher than that before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sound,perfect rules and regulations and quality management system is the key to ensure the disinfection supply quality,it is an important mean to reduce hospital infection and improve the quality of medical treatment.关键词
