Analysis of the present situation,prevention and treatment and rehabilitation management of mental disorders in the community

Abstract
Objective:To explore the present situation,prevention and treatment and rehabilitation management of mental disorders in the community.Methods:The present situation of community mental disorders was investigated and analyzed.Results:524 cases were mental disorders patients,accounting for 5.11% of the total community population.Of which 312 cases(59.54%) of severe mental disorders,57 patients were mood disorders.335 patients were schizophrenia.49 patients were organic mental disorders.55 patients were mental developmental retardation.14 patients were non addictive substances or psychoactive substance induced mental disorders.6 patients were physiological disorders related to psychological factors.8 patients were other mental disorders.Conclusion:Community mental disorders patients mainly had mood disorders,schizophrenia,organic mental disorder and mental developmental retardation,they will be included in the key objects of prevention and treatment,giving targeted treatment modalities help patients to recover health.关键词
