Effect of early rehabilitation on limb function and activities of daily living in patients with hemiplegia after stroke

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of early rehabilitation on limb function and activities of daily living in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:180 patients with hemiplegia after stroke were selected.They were randomly divided into the rehabilitation group and the control group.We compared the effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index in the rehabilitation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation can significantly improve the limb function and daily life ability of patients with hemiplegia after stroke,and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
